Iam the dock almost 4 hours now still loading Very bad place to come If you can avoid it

Do not order from this company. I bought Bunk beds thru Home Depot. There was a major incorrect part. The phone number provided does not work. Email has not been responded to and Home Depot says they cannot help. I have guests coming and a useless half built bunk bed. Really bad experience! Too bad bc the bed seems like it would have been good.
I have received a replacement bunkbed last week but they don’t email me back or the phone don’t even work !!! It says email I have wear and tear pieces I got and been needing replacements
