Purchased truck off lease, up-sold me an extended warranty at a fixed monthly payment. Once all paperwork was completed, my monthly payment was higher. $30-$40 per month isn’t going to break me, but over the life of the loan, it adds up. They blamed it on a computer problem and the fact I am from out of state. Offered no remedy. Just shady practice on their part.
