Took my daughter to the urgent care for nose pain and bleeding checked in 4:18 pm on Jan 30, 2024 . They made us to wait for more than one hour. The lady at the front desk was not friendly. After waiting for more than one hour the doctor checked in and applied medicine which was expired. When I told the lady at the front desk she was very rude. Attaching expired medicine photo. Very pathetic service.

Just called to ask if they were accepting an insurance, and the person who answered didn’t even let me finished the question. She rudely responded “no appointment was needed” before I even ended the question, so I told her that is not what I asked, because she didn’t even heard me. After actually responding my question with a rude attitude, I told her to hear the question next time and she responded that “I should get to the point”, when she was the one that reacted before listening. We arrived 15 minutes before they opened and were 7th in line. They took everyone out of order. Our 2 year old sat in the waiting room for over an hour and they only took us back because I asked the front desk. They told us that because they had two people checking everyone in they didn't follow the order that people arrived. The last time I came here for myself, I waited in a room for 2 hours and had to complain before the doctor came to see me.
