Lived there. They dont take care of whats actually needed and dont care.
I do not recommend living here. After living in these apartments for 2 years and paying over $30,000 in rent, I expected my security deposit to be handled fairly. Instead, they kept $450 from my $1,100 deposit, claiming it was for carpet shampooing and labor. We lived there for two years, so normal wear and dirt on the carpets should be expected. Charging $450 just to clean the carpets after a long-term tenancy feels completely unreasonable. The manager, Shawn, was also very rude and unprofessional. He was dismissive and unw... read more
Kudos to one of our maintenance men, Rob, for going beyond, after his work hours, and fixing my deadbolt lock when I was locked out due to a broken lock. He spent a couple of hours, helping me get into my apartment and then taking time to fix the lock. I've been here 5 years and it feels like home. Shawn and his staff are top notch!
I lived here for over 2 years now and I do love living here but there is this upstairs neighbor who has her dogs pee and poop by my patio and has her dog walk on it too. I never can put chairs or anything out there because I’m afraid it will get stolen or peed on. I really don’t know what her problem is but I just mind my business. I’m glad the people stopped putting trash by my door. I just wish she would stop being petty and have her dog pee and poop around some place else not near my home.
