They seem to have a theme with setting you up with resident doctors that offer little advice or help. All the nurses and staff that i've spoken to on calls always make things more difficult than they have to be. I wish there was a lower rating than one star because you guys deserve it
Went to meet my new therapist. I had a great therapist. The new one was condescending and made me feel worse than when I came in.
Had a drs.appointment today at this facility & couldn’t have been more pleased. The front desk was very pleasant & efficient. Taken in right on time, the medical assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable & informed me of the what & why. Then was seen by a Dr., who was thorough & asked all the questions, she listened carefully, made me feel heard. So thankful I found this group of caring professionals.
