Lovely community! Expect a 10% rent increase every year from the date you move in. Do you want to be moving yourself or loved ones after 2 years. Pricing out seniors! Management, office works are polite but don’t forget the yearly 10% increase yearly. If you go in at 1700.00 a month it will increase in one year to 1870.00 the year after that, expect an increase to 2,057.00 for a one bedroom. I'm a very new residents and was seeking senior living with specific amenities after moving from a senior community. The office staff are very professional. Rosalie is attentive, took her time in showing me various apartments, answering my questions, and addressing my concerns. A real kindhearted women with sincerity about her job. I am a current resident for the past several years. I’m experiencing the best of times since we have a new Manager for the past couple years. We have unit inspections twice a year, the Manager is assisted by a maintenance person and they check the unit for repairs and maintenance. I have had repairs done that was ignored for years previously. Thanks to our Manager and her very professional staff I’m extremely pleased
Rosalie the Manager told an elderly blind Resident who was happy that his Caregiver for last 2 years (Kaiser Nurse ) and ex wife who is 28 years younger which Rosalie told elderly resident that I was not allowed to visit him ever again due to my age . I just wanted to thank Debbie this morning my husband and myself walked in today to ask questions about this senior apartment for my parents who are interested in moving from Northern California , Debbie was very polite, professional and very helpful, and respectful to us we appreciate all her help today and most definitely I recommended my parents too start moving forward on the application for this apartment… I feel my parents will be safe and feel very comfortable welcoming here !!
