I had been very hesitant to see another optometrist in another clinic, except the one I saw after a TBI and who provided vision therapy; but needed a second opinion after a secondary cataract vision check about six weeks ago because that prescription didn’t seem to work, optician suggested second opinion. They did a good job, but their website hasn't been updated in years. It says they're booked thru 2023. 🤣 it also says you can book an appointment online but it doesn't work. They said they knew it's very out of date. If they can get that brought up to speed, I'd kick up the stars, because I work odd hours and it's easier to book digitally.
First time visit and I was totally amazed. The staff and doctors were very professional but also interacted very well on all aspects of my visit. I thoroughly enjoyed being there. I wish that all my doctor appointments were like this!
Quickly seen during appointment, Doctor was clear and precise with explaining the results of the exam. All of the staff were friendly and easy to work with. Even helped out adjusting my old sunglasses. Always top tier service.
