My AC on my dodge caravan went out, Hillsboro Auto Service diagnosed my car with needing a front blower and resistor (which was accurate) but priced me at hundreds of dollars more than any other service shop (which I found out after calling other places). He was not transparent at all about where his pricing was coming from and it was evident that I was being taken advantage of! I will never come here again. I got my car fixed at a much more transparent, reasonably priced service center.
Went to get my breaks fixed I knew I went too long before a service. They were upfront, kind, and honest about what needed to be done. Turnaround was quick and my GMC is back on the road.
I stopped by this morning with a tire issue, and they fixed it on the spot. Everyone was so kind to me. Car problems are a rough way to start a week, but their exceptional service made my day.
AMAZING SERVICE! I only use one mechanic in Memphis and when I got stranded in Nashville on the Friday before Memorial Day I panicked! When I called, they were backed up but willing to help. I told them I was only in Nashville for a meeting and had to get back to Memphis and they went right to work. By the time I finished my appointment and ate lunch the car was magically fixed at a reasonable price. Their customer service was the best! Thanks Hillsboro!!
I have used Hillsboro Village Auto Center for over 5 years for my daughter's car (Subaru) as she attended Belmont University. The staff has been very friendly and thorough in their explanations of various issues, the quality of repairs have been very good, and their free loaner vehicle has been very convenient. Had a very good experience here. I was rear-ended last week and needed my back tail-light repaired and my car checked for any damage I couldn't see. I brought my car in yesterday (07/20) and it was in and out in a matter of hours! They called me and kept me informed of progress and ordered a new part for my car that they didn't have. Overall a very pleasant experience, extremely friendly people, and a place I'll come back to if I need work done in the future.
Definitely a 5 star Auto shop!! I won't let anyone other than Brent ever touch my vehicle again. Honest, trustworthy and VERY knowledgeable. It is obvious that cars are not just a "job" but are his passion. Customer for life here!!
Honest, friendly, fast.....these guys do a great job and are great neighbors! Five stars all the way!
