Im a former student and I can easily say theres many problems needing to be fixed and many teachers, staff, and board members who love to avoid those problems. The school district has an incredibly high drug use rate, suicide rate, and many "active emotional bathroom incidents." you can make a guess about what that means. when a friend went to a counciler to get help, he was ratted out to state and is now dealing with legal issues and bigger problems when all he wanted was to chat with a counciler. the depression rate is way... read more

My three kids graduated from Hillsboro and were thoroughly prepared for college academics. All now have bachelor degrees and good-paying jobs! Great school!
The teachers and principals are great! Transportation director and her “assistant” aren’t the best. The drivers, they are awesome. Too bad they lose great and dependable drivers because of the way they treat them. Ronnie Martin should have stayed, he didn’t play the games they do now.
