I scheduled an appointment there almost a month prior, and I told the person answering the phone what it was for. Once I showed up for my appointment, they said he was the wrong kind of specialist to see me. I wasted a lot of time waiting for this appointment only to be turned away.

I was referred to Rask’s office by Providence. Very outdated facility. My appointment was at 10:30. I was brought back at 11:25. I saw Rask for all of 5 minutes. Just to be told that I need an MRI. I left at 12:05. My referral for the MRI sat on “Kathy’s desk” for 14 days. I called 3 times just to be told how busy they were. My MRI was denied based off, “not enough information, must have PT referral.” I HAD BEEN IN PT FOR WEEKS by that time. Very friendly and attentive staff. Everyone here is efficient and knowledgeable, while also ensuring they provide the best care possible. When I was seen here, I felt comfortable and confident in following their instructions. You can tell they really care about their patients.
