Quality of care is good - scheduling is good. People are friendly. BUT, you will get CHARGED as much billing as they can possibly code for a visit, and they are not interested in re-coding something even when you pose a legitimate complaint. The doctor would not consider talking about it with me. I had to work with billing, Cigna, billing, Vandy patient affairs, the charge nurse of the Hillsboro unit - all to no avail. Have to pay an unjust bill to keep my credit rating secure - I'm done with Vanderbilt.
Been trying to get a Dr here for months. Not a nurse and not a resident. Now I found a mass and they can get me in to be seen for three months, they advised to “go to a walk in clinic.” If that’s what you want from your primary care, this is the group for you!
Hillsboro Medical Group is one of the most caring, thorough clinics I've ever been a patient at. Dr. Angel and her nurses are the best! Without going into my own health issues, all I can say is that Dr. Angel will go above and beyond and beyond for her patients. I just know she is always available when I need her. Her nurses are the best. I always recommend Dr. Angel and Hillsboro Medical.
Ben Womack MD. Is horrible. Beside manner and attitude is not what a doctors attitude should be especially should be especially towards the intellectually challenged. This practice has lost its best doctor Jan Price! Would never return here ever again. My late father saw Womack. Got sad out of there and with another doctor ! Jan Price was Top flight. She has now left and is in private practice. This practice will never recover from her departure. If u ever go there do NOT let DR WOMACK treat you or your family member!
