I was scheduled to have extremely painful kidney stones removed today. But they neglected to tell me to withhold one of my medications. Plus I complained about them ignoring my requests for pain meds. So now, almost gleefully, they are postponing my surgery, despite all my harah pain, for a month! Outrageous, immature behavior. They didn't even offer more pain meds for this time. I am beyond upset.
I have been trying to get an appointment here for a year. I've been re scheduled multiple times, after having been scheduled months in advance with no reasoning. This has been my final reschedule, which moved me another 2 months out. I am seeking other providers.
Terrible, dismissive, unfair , doesn’t authorize your medicine so will never get . Told me issues is from my grief which isn’t true I still deal with it and it’s been almost two years now . Want to throw meds people won’t authorize like I said . In my result I was reading I had Duplex Kidney (Duplicated Ureters)which can cause issues in people he never told me I had this never broke down result didn’t try to figure anything out at all
Worst display of patient care I've ever been apart of. For approx. 2 years the DR was no where close to diagnosing my issue. He didn't seem to know anything about me everytime I came in seemingly not even reviewing my file. Very lazy. Used words like possibly serious then schedules me another 3 months out. Doesn't sound like he and this office were taking anything serious especially my issue. Meantime my problem is now a huge problem. Horrible horrid customer service. Wait 2 hours every time to talk to a scheduler. Longer for results. You owe it to your patients to do better. Skum bags
