Hello everyone! I'm Heata Pankaj Shukla, and I'm thrilled to share my experience living in the one-bedroom apartment at Hillsborough Gardens. I give it a hundred out of hundred! The location is breathtaking, surrounded by nature and wildlife. The manager, Christine, is incredibly sweet, humble, and cooperative. Maintenance team is excellent, they will fix as soon as you raise the request. They are super nice. Community looks good and lot of kids if you’ve kids it is a best place for them. Overall very good community to live in
I’ve been at the Hillsborough Gardens since 2021 and I love living here. The property manager is great and so kind, the maintenance team is helpful and timely and the clubhouse has been a great addition to build community.
Have been living here for a little less than a year and it has been great! It’s a very quiet area. The apartments are also renovated! Nice new white kitchens with new appliances . They allow pets which is a plus . A good amount of the apartments have hard wood floors and have balconies! Plenty of parking as well. Management gets back to you through email fairly quickly.
My husband and I have lived here for years we now have a daughter who loves playing in the playground and a dog who loves the dog park! It’s a great place to live and I absolutely love our leasing manager Christine! Her kindness and generosity really shows how much she care about all her tenants.
