WOW. The receptionist I just talked to was incredibly rude and apathetic. I’m pregnant in an extremely high risk pregnancy. I was supposed to start insulin weeks ago and no one has reached out to me yet despite multiple referrals sent to this clinic. The receptionist was cold, rude and uncaring about my situation. Dr. Clarke is a good doctor, but I am getting no response from his office or through the online portal after multiple attempts. I am currently on hold for 30+ minutes and left a message over a week ago without any follow up call. My next move is to actually go into the office and insist on getting some service. I'm debating whether to continue seeing a doctor whose office is so unresponsive.
I've been seeing Dr Clarke at Hillsboro Endocrine for many years now and have been nothing but pleased with my visits. Besides maintaining my PCOS treatment he has also been very proactive about coordinating care with my pulmonary doctor when that office was slacking a bit and needed a kick in the pants.
