I am a Type 1 Diabetic, and have been for over 30 years. With this disease finding a doctor that you trust can be difficult and it took me many years to finally find one. Dr. Michael Chu is the best endocrinologist I’ve had in the past 30+ years I’ve struggled with this disease. I went through 8 Endos before I found him. His knowledge and compassion for his work helped me be here, alive today. Also his MA Deysy is stellar! She is the sweetest thing always on top of everything. They are a great team! Thank you
WOW. The receptionist I just talked to was incredibly rude and apathetic. I’m pregnant in an extremely high risk pregnancy. I was supposed to start insulin weeks ago and no one has reached out to me yet despite multiple referrals sent to this clinic. The receptionist was cold, rude and uncaring about my situation. She didn’t even want to help by calling the OB clinic for me to investigate. As if I haven’t played enough phone tag in my incredibly stressful situation. Dr. Clarke is a good doctor, but I am getting no response from his office or through the online portal after multiple attempts. I am currently on hold for 30+ minutes and left a message over a week ago without any follow up call. My next move is to actually go into the office and insist on getting some service. I'm debating whether to continue seeing a doctor whose office is so unresponsive.
