VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE -- We hired this company to repair a roof leak back in April. We thought the job was done until this July, when we noticed a new water stain on our ceiling, right next to the spot they had repaired. It turned out the repair hadn't actually solved the problem, and the leak had returned. We reached out again, and they came out to inspect and said they'd return to fix it, but never showed up. I had 5 Velux skylights with solar shades installed today to replace 25 year old skylights. Kevin, who came to my house to discuss my options impressed me when he went on my roof and immediately knew the manufacturer, style and color of my 17 year old shingles and thoroughly discussed all features of the new skylights.
