I had 5 Velux skylights with solar shades installed today to replace 25 year old skylights. Kevin, who came to my house to discuss my options impressed me when he went on my roof and immediately knew the manufacturer, style and color of my 17 year old shingles and thoroughly discussed all features of the new skylights. Kevin & his team replaced my Gazebo roof with synthetic cedar shake (no maintenance, last over 30 years) in one day. A relatively small job that was done on time in one day with excellent cleanup. My Gazebo looks great. They even spent 15 min making sure my Cupola (little 18” tall tiny roof top decorative tiny house) was level. I highly recommend them and I am a very picky client.
Kevin and his team were the BEST! Our 30 year old cathedral ceiling had been having drywall bleed from condensation build up which was repaired and reappeared. Kevin suggested the issue was with the venting from the soffit to the roof ridge and that a baffling solution was recommended. This required a complete tear off including the plywood sheathing and installation of baffling to improve the air flow. They also replaced the soffit, gutter, and downspout.
