Emailed and called twice, the gal that answered the phone was nice but couldn't help me, she must just transfer calls, once transferred twice there never was an answer, and she couldn't seem to understand that I wasn't accomplishing anything, then I called Baker Timber Products, talked to a really nice gal that was very helpful and answered all my questions, very accommodating there, even offered to get my order ready for me and load it once I got there
