Amazing paediatrician. The best in the area and in the profession. It could use a better online booking process or automatic booking system for subsequent appointments is my only suggestion.
The booking process to see the psychologist is very questionable. In person I booked in two appointments to see the psychologist at the beginning of August. The lady at reception recommended I book well in advance because slots book quickly, so I did. When I followed up about them both later on, neither of my appointments were in the system??? I then made another appointment over the phone 1.5 months in advance to coincide with school holidays, made arrangements for care for my son so I could attend. The day of the appointme... read more
