Horrible customer service this place has zero control of their security. They only enforce rules that get money out of clients. This place is a complete SCAMM! When it comes to Hills of Valencia you should RUN FOR THE HILLS! I had an issue with them and they said they would help but when I offered them a charge free solution to all parties they refused to do it and all it would be is a phone call.
