Great Easter egg hunt
I ordinarily am not a fan of HOA, but do feel they are necessary at times. This neighborhood is supposed to be one of the better in Smithville. I have lived here for over 2 years and have discovered if you want to overpay for your home in a desired neighborhood, but with no amenities and no real action to keep the neighborhood looking decent this is definitely the place to live.
