There were so many roaches they ran us straight out of there. Not to mention the amount of times my car was towed in one month and still expected me to be able to pay my rent! Also my ceiling was hanging and they wanted us to leave so there wouldn’t be an inspection while we were there showing how unlivable the place actually was. Run from this place unless you are desperate!
I had a tour here with Andrea and she made me feel comfortable, she was very helpful and informative answered all of my questions about leasing here. Proud to say I am now a resident!
(Update! They fixed most issues, the apartment is in suitable living condition) Do not sign the lease without taking a tour of your apartment! I toured a model of my apartment which looked really good and I was comfortable with its quality. Upon getting to my apartment, the picture shows what I was faced with. There isn’t a balcony door or screen, they left me with the most dirty and broken screen and said they won’t replace it (I moved in my 1st, it’s currently May 16th and I still don’t have a balcony door or screen) .
