We have used Hills Movers twice now, and have been thoroughly impressed both times. Barry and Baron arrived (after a courtesy call informing us of their impending arrival) to pack a parked Cube to be used for a future cross country move. Both were professional, knowledgeable, informative and, invested in their work. Humour made the task at hand go faster, while we learned what would make the packing safer and make the goods less prone to damage in transit. I’ve used this moving company in the past and recently again, and I’ve noticed some changes over time. The movers themselves were excellent. Very hardworking, careful with my belongings, and respectful throughout the entire process. However, I did feel the overall organization and communication were stronger under the previous owner, Ryley. He was very involved, responsive, and made the whole experience feel smooth and well-managed. Since Spencer, things seem a bit less consistent. There were some issues and it was harder to... read more
