My mother purchased a summer bouquet for my birthday. 1 day after receiving everything began too turn yellow and droop. Despite the proper care taken putting the flowers into a vase. She went back to notify Hills and was met with rude aggression. She asked if they would make it right and the answer was a hard "no". A number of justifications including "thats the chance you take". No, if I want to risk a flower purchase I would go to the grocery store. Do better and be better Hills. Won't be back.
Pleasant staff, delivered as promised. Delivery is pricy, as are the blooms, but they're high quality. Recommended! In addition, the reciever of these blooms (Mamma mia ; ) swears they last a long while. I'm guessing this says as much about their suppliers, as it does the fact they place many long lasting flowers in each bunch....
Another hit! A beautiful arrangement, delivered in top condition. Great work--thank you.
