Owner delivered flowers on mother's because of mistake I made very much appreciated
The flowers themselves were lovely, but the experience was incredibly stressful. A website glitch caused my gift to be delivered with a blank card and no sender info. I tried calling for days with no answer, and when I finally reached the owner via email, she was very rude to me. It is disappointing to be treated poorly after trying to resolve an error on their end. I won’t be ordering from here again.
I highly recommend Hill's Flowers and Wine. I live out of town, and submitted my order for a floral arrangement online. Veonca Hill responded promptly by email, answered my questions, and made sure that order was just what we wanted. The arrangement was beautiful, and was delivered right on time. It was a pleasure doing business with Hill's Flowers and Wine.
