This company completed some great fan installs for us, but when I received both bills the total time was off based on what I had tracked. When I asked for the total to be adjusted I was treated as if I was a burden, the accounts receivable rep became very rude with me, and I was told that they wouldn’t be adjusting the difference in the future.
