The physical therapists here are knowledgeable and provide good care. However, my experience with one of the front desk staff was disappointing. She gave me incorrect information that caused me to lose a workday. Instead of checking with the MD to confirm, she acted on her own, which could have easily been avoided if she had handled it properly. I won’t come again
