This place is such a lovely, cozy space, and it's perfect for families! Their tables are covered in paper, and each have crayons put out, so kids can draw to their hearts content! I specifically love their ube brownie. I get it every time I go in.
Where to begin.. I appreciate house made syrups and purees which hill’s cafe has mastered. Their matcha is the best matcha I’ve had in DFW. Always consistent, made to order and never batched. Coffee drinks are always on point as well, can tell they use quality espresso to brew their shots. Cheesecake (I’m a true cheesecake aficionado) is incredible. Dude w glasses and the kind-hearted lady who run the place got motion. They wavey asfffff. I was there when they opened and they had this dessert; Passion Fruit tart? I think. That changed my life. Was so good they removed it off the menu! Since then (~2ish years ago) they have constant updates to their spring menu, always fresh and AUTHENTIC ideas and items. Shame they aren't GLOBAL yet.
