Our storage unit was broken into, with a substantial monetary loss of property. The owners showed no empathy when confronted. Not our problem they stated. The unit was broken into but the thieves did updates to our unit, fixing the hinges, and doors, caulking edges against water leaks,repairing the hole in the floor, partially sweeping up after stealing our property, adding a new locking latch
