Disgusting! I wish I could post the pictures I have from our walk through today to view an apt. Trash on the counter, toilet paper in the sink, brown murky water in the toilet with a plunger sitting out, stains all over the shower/tub, smelled STRONGLY of animal pee and cigarettes. I'm literally amazed that they used that apt to show a potential rentor.. they couldn't clean it before showing it to us?! I would never live there.. If that's what they're showing people, I doubt they take care of the people living there...
I enjoy it here. It is peaceful and everyone nice.
I absolutely love this place. I have lived here for a while and couldn't imagine leaving. If I have a maintenance need, they address it right away. Everyone in the office and on the maintenance team are very friendly, courteous and respectful. This place is truly home.
It may take weeks to get items fixed. The pool is closed half the time. The office staff is not personable or courteous.
