Hillman Engineering has been a blessing to Harbor Towers and Marina Condominium. The daunting job of completing a concrete restoration project on a thirty eight year old building to obtain certification could only be possible with this engineering company and specifically, Michael Santangelo- Project Manager and Jim Eifler- Specialized Inspector. As a member of the Association board, they are hitting this project out of the ballpark.
Michael Santangelo and Jim Eifler with Hillman Engineering have been a God send to our project. They have been accessible, helpful, knowledgeable and creative in helping our project through its aches and pains. We could not have gotten this far without them..
