We have been with Hillis Properties for over 10 years. They are the best rental company we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are very quick to respond, always take care of any issues we may have(VERY seldom), and their properties are very fairly priced. Would recommend 10/10!

Staff was always friendly and available to answer any of my questions/requests. If I had any issues they typically would have it done that week, very reasonable people to work with. Excellent renting experience.
I really love Hillis Properties! They are super nice, professional, friendly, and helpful. Tonya is the absolute best! She has helped me throughout my experience of buying my new house as well as providing maintenance services for it! She has always been very responsive, reliable and patient. The Hillis Property Management team has always been extremely urgent in taking care of any house issues that may arise and always willing to exceed expectations. Just a wonderful company to work with!!
Follow-up 3/30/23. I received a phone call from Tonya, and it was clearly miscommunication. She was very nice. She shredded my mom's personal information, and she also took accountability for the lack communication even though she wasn't in the wrong.
