They did a fantastic job with taking out our old septic system and replacing it with a much more efficient one in 2021 in Snellville. They were more reasonably priced than most everyone else we called.
This company installed my ATU / Fuji septic system 3 years ago and I’ve had problems ever since. The customer service is not good either. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They have been out around 10 times and I continue to have issues, now having costly major issues due to minor issues not being addressed.
Hilliard installed my septic system but now won’t answer a phone to service it 5 years later. Mailbox is full and no one will answer. I think or wonder that they are outta business now . It would be nice for businesses to answer their phone now and again .
The septic was installed fine. No complaint there. My main complaint is how they completely trashed my yard by leaving PVC pipe laying around everywhere. They also dug up the pipe used to hold my double gate in place. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue IF they put it back in but I almost ran over it with my lawn mower and saw it laying on the ground. Jared came out because my entire house was backed up and it was just built in March, so the system is brand new. In a matter of an hour and a half, he had dug it up, found the broken pipe, replaced it and buried it. Everything works great now. He's very professional, fast and honest. I would recommend this company to everyone and I will not use anyone else.
