if I could rate a 0 I would. run as far away from stan hilliard. if you enter into a contract with him don't expect to out right finish the term of the contract. he will either evict you or make your life a living hell by harassing you and your loved ones. he harassed my better half after knowing she has stress induced siezures. I had to sit with her at the hospital an hour away as she has other health issues and I was not able to work as his actions.
