returned two lawn mowers in worse shape than when picked up. were not helpful when i reported the problems. refused to issue a credit for work (that *** not have even been done). claimed their best service person was involved.perhaps they can sell you a new mower but i would consider getting them serviced elsewhere...

Two years ago we purchased a Ferris zero turn mower from Sonny and I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He thoroughly explained the mower features to us and allowed us to test drive a mower. We had a great experience and his pricing was excellent. We have also had Hilliard Lawn and Garden service our mower and his staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Went to Hilliard Lawn and Garden on April 27 looking for a weed Wacker part. No customer service. Stood around for a while. Went home and ordered it from Amazon.
