I’m heartbroken to leave this dentist he is great. But I am angry that his staff waited until the END of my appointment to tell me they weren’t preferred providers with my insurance. If that’s not bad, they already knew there was a problem because at my last visit they didn’t get paid fully by my insurance. They didn’t bill me, call me at any point in over 6 months.
