Last October the Hilliard crew installed a new furnace for about $1800 less than the other estimate we got. The job was done quickly and cleanly and the install crew was very polite and conscientious. When we had a small issue I called at 9:30 at night, Nancy answered the phone and had Greg at our house at 8:00 the next morning. That kind of service is hard to find.

Hilliard has been incredible to work with. I got to them via my home warranty company, the 2nd contractor, as the first couldn't fix my kind of furnace. They called me before I could call them (unbelievable, since other recent contractors have been nearly impossible to pin down). They haven't completed the work yet because they are navigating the warranty company's wickets, but have been very good at communicating what they found and what they are doing/reporting. I've had Greg out 2 or 3 times over the last few years. Always prompt and gets it done right the first time. His wife even helped me over the phone once and i fixed a simple issue myself.

Hilliard Heating & Cooling I called Hilliard to help on an older AC unit at a property recently. They were out quicker than they said. Their rates were very reasonable and they were able to get the parts needed to repair the AC.
