Wonderful. Came home from work to no heat in the middle of December. Tony came right out and fixed it. He was very kind and quick to get here. We were certainly grateful.
Not reliable. Called Jan 2nd asking for a service call because our furnace will not stay lit. He said they were busy and would call back. No call. Jan 7 th..no call back. Temps in the teens every day since New Years. Called him yesterday, left voice mail. No call back. I’d call that poor customer service.
Spot on with commercial freezer! Polite, friendly and knowledgeable!
