I have had experiences here on and off now since 2019. I have never had a bad experience. Staff is friendly and understanding. I am typically in and out quickly while still feeling cared about. If I was going to be picky, sometimes the waiting room can feel small. But if we are honest I am not sure I have ever spent 10 minutes waiting. Image is their entry to the kids area.
Hilliard Family Podiatry is the BEST podiatry office EVER! The staff is always nice, and a clean facility. Jennifer is a wonderful doctor who works with you and prioritizes your comfort. They make sure to get you in for an appointment, especially if it’s urgent.
Dr. Trinidad and her staff are absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything in detail to my daughter and I. She made sure we both understood her diagnosis and plan of care. She took the time to show us both how to use the splints and how to tape. She gave my daughter many different treatment options that would what with her lifestyle as an athlete. I have been in the medical field for a long time and she impressed me with her patience, knowledge and bedside manner. Thank you
Staff always very pleasant and professional. Was able to be seen rather quickly… I did not have a great experience and felt as if I wasted almost a years worth of time being a patient at this facility. Countless appointments I had to call off work to be seen just to still have issues…. I initially stated 2 concerns with my feet pain- 1 completely being ignored and never talked about!
