Hilliard Family Podiatry is a wonderful place to go to for your feet care. My first time was just 4 weeks ago with a very painful heel spur. I had tried all I could, so it was time to see the dr. I had never been to a podiatrist before and was a little nervous. The staff is very friendly. They smile at you and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Jennifer is fabulous! Dr. Trinidad is incredible. When I first came in, I could barely walk due to severe plantar fasciitis. After just a few visits, I was back to moving comfortably again. I highly recommend Hilliard Family Podiatry to anyone in need of a skilled and caring podiatrist.

I was frustrated after hearing that something wasn’t covered by insurance. Dr Trinidad offered to refund me my money, but I’m glad I stayed and got help with other issues. She was way more helpful and thorough than my last podiatrist.

I had plantar fasciitis diagnosed by Dr. Trinidad. She very patiently described the treatment process and gave me a number of options. Her recommendations were given with a lot of thought and care. After receiving treatment I am fully recovered. I recommend this practice highly. Everyone I encountered there was kind , professional and knowledgeable.

I have had experiences here on and off now since 2019. I have never had a bad experience. Staff is friendly and understanding. I am typically in and out quickly while still feeling cared about. If I was going to be picky, sometimes the waiting room can feel small. But if we are honest I am not sure I have ever spent 10 minutes waiting. Image is their entry to the kids area.
