First appointment here. Office and rooms are very clean. Staff is friendly and listen. I had an appointment with Dr. Trinidad. She listens and is very knowledgeable about Neuropathy. So far, so good. Yes, even with just one visit I would recommend her at this time.
Dr. Trinidad and her staff are absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything in detail to my daughter and I. She made sure we both understood her diagnosis and plan of care. She took the time to show us both how to use the splints and how to tape. She gave my daughter many different treatment options that would what with her lifestyle as an athlete. I have been in the medical field for a long time and she impressed me with her patience, knowledge and bedside manner. Thank you
Staff always very pleasant and professional. Was able to be seen rather quickly… I did not have a great experience and felt as if I wasted almost a years worth of time being a patient at this facility. Countless appointments I had to call off work to be seen just to still have issues…. I initially stated 2 concerns with my feet pain- 1 completely being ignored and never talked about! My daughter had an ingrown toenail and we were referred by her pediatrician to this practice. The front desk staff are wonderful and very personable. We had an appointment with Dr Patel and his bedside manner is horrible. My daughter had to have the ingrown toenail removed and he did not efficiently numb her toe and continuously told us that she was faking that she could feel pain.
