Untrustworthy, unjust and not dependable. Hillhurst Tax Group charged me and never filed taxes and I've been begging them for refund since. Hillhurst Tax Group charged me $300 for doing taxes in Sept 2020. As the Oct 15th deadline approached, I called and sent several emails to have my returns submitted to IRS but they never responded! I ended up filing myself. Since then I've been calling, literary begging for refund. A really nice lady, Claudina, keeps telling me it will be resolved. *UPDATE* I would recommend Hillhurst Tax Group for handling your taxes. Alex, Sergio and Balaji got back to me and have helped address the original minor mistake in my return. I had fairly complicated taxes and the team at Hillhurst was able to help me get it all sorted out, helping me reduce my tax liability as much as possible (the amount I saved compared to previous tax accountants was incredible).
