yes its ghetto ad the neighbors r a little nosey but i think some people need to be little more appreciative to get a place to live thats practically free...people have problems whereever they go and thats life...the hill house is a decent place to live

it is in the ghetto but its not full of tweekers. if you leave things outside it has a high chance of beign stolen but it is stable living for people without an income. they give hope to those stuck with their parents

I lived here for quite some time and never had any problems. Most of our neighbors were good people, and the management was pretty good about keeping any bad element out. I would say it is average apartment living.
