Our AC unit stopped working in the midst of a heat wave. I called in the morning for service and a technician came that afternoon. He correctly identified the problem as a faulty capacitor, replaced it, and the unit works well again. I was very impressed, and the price of the repair was reasonable.

I have used Hillestad on 3 occasions this past year ( 2 preventive maintenance visits and a whole house humidifier install). Each occasion was pleasant and professional, from the scheduler in the office to the technician (Tristan) that came to our house. I recommend Hillestad.
Our thermostat stopped working Christmas Eve, luckily we were visiting family on Christmas, but needed heat starting the following day. Hillestad sent a technician who was in the area, he arrived early, got the job done quickly, and was nothing but friendly and respectful. Thanks for the great work!
