I have always had great service from this family business. Whether they were cutting lots of small pieces or just a few larger ones for me, they were always great. Sometimes one bad experience doesn't mean the entire company should be written off. I have a small business and you can't please everyone all of the time!
My initial phone contact with Hillestad was pleasant. I wanted to do business locally but after being assured it would only take a few days to replace the glass in one of my home windows, it ultimately took a month of monkeying around with these guys before it was repaired. I took the window in for them to measure the glass and waited 2 weeks for them to call. I called them and took it in for the new glass and found out they ordered the wrong one.
