Rude customer service
Tom and his crew agreed to a mercy mission and got my 1949 Crosley CD sedan running again. She had been vandalized after putting 16 years of work into her. Today I drove her out of Tom's lot. Words can not express how amazing that felt and how sincerely grateful I am....I have not been able to drive her safely for over 2 years. Yes, I sure did mess up my double clutching at first, but I was smiling on the inside while I drove her :) Tom did not make money on my car. He helped me out of kindness and compassion. Wonderful clean shop, great work, stuffed full of projects, owner promised a visit to see my car, but employees have been on vacation after 14mos. of covid Received three calls about next week callbacks lost track of a month of excuses Convinced this guy bills hours for smart phone use
