I have been having some issues with my snowblower. Jess (True Value employee) allowed me to bring it in and helped install the parts I needed as I’m not great with that sort of thing. Far from the first time the staff here has helped me out. He did all of it and I think I spent a grand total of $4.00. That’s just amazing customer service! I shop here whenever I can.
Customer service is always superb. Even if I'm looking for just an inexpensive fastener. They really seem to enjoy helping customers with problems and are creative in finding solutions.

First time going to this True Value to get glass cut & new watch battery. Great customer service from start to finish; very impressed. The owner waited on me and was very outgoing person and took care of my order in a prompt & friendly manor. Highly recommended if your in the Marshfield area.
