I have to commend the guys at this service station for their excellent service. I have taken my 2001 Chrysler Convertible there on numerous occasions and the work has been done correctly and on time. I also was given a free loaner. Recently I was in a car accident (no one was hurt luckily) coming out of Dominick's driveway attempting to get over to take a left hand turn at Shermer. I would love to talk to whoever designed that exit so close to the intersection. The accident was my fault but the other care had minor issues. M... read more

Because it was convienently located, I went to Hillerich's to get a flat tire repaired. This new-ish tire had gone flat and had no punctures, cracks, or any visible signs of condition problems. Without ever taking the tire off the rim and looking at the tire, one of the employees told me with a smile on his face that my tire was ruined and I would have to replace it and quoted me for a new tire. There's no customer service here - they're just out to make a buck.
