Brent was very friendly, patient, and thorough in his explanation of the problem.
The first tech came out 29SEP, our unit stopped cooling. He found the part that needed replacing, quoted me around $800 and replaced the part. A while later he came in and told me he found a problem, long story short, it was a major component that needed replacing. I was quoted about $2,500 for that part to be replaced.
