I called many electricians & Hiller was the first one I was able to come out. They heard my concerns and was able to get someone out next day due to a possible safety hazard. Their service fee wasn't bad and if we decided to let them do the work they would take it off the total of the job, which I appreciate. Our electrician was very friendly & knowledgeable and made sure to address every concern we had. He was able to come out the week after and fix everything in one day! (It was quite a bit of work). Hiller went above and beyond to help me yesterday. I called at 8 AM and someone was at my house by 8:45 AM. They had an entire new unit installed by 4 PM. This was not preplanned. I only talked to them for the first time that same morning. All of the guys they sent were professional and courteous, and their customer service was amazing. He took the time to go over financing and pricing and what would happen and was very informative the entire time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Sent an unqualified tech that could not quote work, didnt bring a ladder, cut paneling without authorization and left without doing any work since he wasn't qualified to provide an estimate nor to actually perform the work.

Corey & Keith (plumbing & HVAC Seperatly)came out today and was amazing! Very knowledgeable & professional. Will definitely keep doing business with Hiller because of him!
