The service man was professional and patient in his triaging the unit and it did not take him long to resolve it.
Called Hiller on Sunday for a mainline leak. They arrived within a couple of hours, which was great. After the tech looked at the leak, he called the "manager" who quoted me $7950! Seemed excessively high to my "I'm not a professional" plumber mind and I told him I needed to get a second estimate. He told he would email me the estimate...never received it. The next day, Lee Company gave me an estimate for $4195 and actually emailed me the estimate while we were talking. Sorry, Hiller never again.
