i didnt get a follow up call about my concerns
Thursday, 8-10-17. I came home around 6 p.m. and it was 82 degrees inside. I called Hiller. They fit me in after 7:30. Darryl showed up about 8 and worked on my unit until around 10?? He took the time to diagnosis and fix and I think he went over and beyond the call of duty explaining some things to me. Very polite and professional. I have used Hiller before and told him I was going to personally ask for him, because he seemed to understand the issue and the unit. Great company and tech!!
Hiller sent Jalon Fulton to conduct my Happy Hiller Club electrical inspection today. Jalon was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. He did a great job and answered all questions I threw his way. Thanks Hiller, thanks Jalon!
