Had to travel to southeastern MA from FL due to a family emergency. While up in MA my 25 High Tide JT needed an oil change and Hiller Company Chrysler and Jeep was able to get me right in. Big thanks to Steve, Adam, and crew.... highly recommend for any new or veteran Jeep owners!
Steve is the most rudest person. Never even looked up to speak to me. Wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. Even though this was my 2nd attempt to get my jeep in . The first attempt they never reserved a loaner. From. Calling in Jan. Having to wait til Feb. No loaner reserved for that appointment. March appointment I couldn't get there til 10:30 because I work at 5 am. I called at 8:10 no answer. 8:11 no answer. Called at 10:30 and was told that I could bring it by anytime that day because the loaner wasn't going anywhere.... read more
