Fantastic customer service. Aiden at the service desk was very helpful and informative. Will be going back for future work.
Service crew went above and beyond in their part to breathe life back into my 1999 F250. The project was larger than either party, myself or them, probably anticipated, but they did all they could to get my truck drivable again. They kept communication keeping me up to date on their progress. Would definitely recommend them to do work on my friends and family's vehicles.
I would give them a ten star rating if I could. I was in Pekin visiting friends when I discovered I had a screw in my tire. Since I live 80 miles away, I had to figure out how to get it fixed. I arbitrarily chose Hiller Automotive since it was near the gas station that I had just gone to to fill up the nearly flat tire. Aiden was working and looked at the tire and heard the air quickly escaping from the tire where the screw was. He said because of the location of the screw and the condition of the tire it was not repairable.... read more
