On August 26th I had a 9:00 appointment at this location to have a new tire installed. I had gone in and made the appointment a full week before that giving the attendant the information of the tire I needed with pictures included of the tire. He said he would order the tire and have it there for my appointment. I drove 40 minutes for my appointment only to find out the tire had not been delivered yet and I was asked to come back later in the day or the following day.
