should of read the reviews first. What a nightmare. – Called hillen to fix our tv. They came and picked it up (very difficult to understand) Said they could fix it in a couple of days. Three weeks later after several t/c's where they were extremely rude, with excuse after excuse, they delivered our tv without the stand which was attached when they picked it up. Seriously...the worst ever – Story goes like this. Purchase a new Sony LCD from Pacific Sales, and once its installed on the wall that it has what looks to be a little bit of dust and moisture on the inside of the screen. I call Sony and explain and they refer me to my local authorized service repair center, Hillen's Coast Tv. 2 of the most unprofessional guys that can barely speak english show up to look at the tv. Should've listen to the reviews! – My boss has a brand new LCD TV that was purchased at Costco and just never worked right. I called Samsung and they gave me the info for the local authorized Samsung repair shop. The tv was picked up by these two guys last week. It's been a week, so i called and left them a message earlier today to find out abt. the status of the repair. Terrible - Avoid! – Had a very poor experience at this place. They are not responsive and have terrible customer service. It took a month to get any sort of response for my broken TV.

CONSUMER WARNING. If you value your hard earned money do not have any dealings with Hillen Coast TV. The original owner sold the company. The current owner is Ted Kim, aka "Il Tae Kim". Let it be said up front, I am a victim of my own stupidity. I know better. The facts. 1. I called and asked what the diagnostic service fee on a Samsung 42" Plasma TV would be if I brought it in. I was told by the owner that there is no diagnostic service fee, and mumbled something unintelligible about repair. Symptom was sound, no picture. 2... read more
